Credential Tracking

Credential tracking that surfaces the lapse before it costs you a shift.

Licensure, certifications and expirations, tracked in the same system that holds your policies, training, inspections and incidents. A credential about to lapse appears next to everything else that needs attention, not in a spreadsheet somebody remembers to open.

What the module tracks

Every credential, its verification, and the date it stops being true.

Credential tracking is a records problem before it is a workflow problem. The question at survey is always the same: show me this person’s file, and show me you knew it was current.

Licensure and certifications

Held per person and per state, with the license type on the record. An LCSW in Nevada, a CADC-II in Utah and an RN in Arizona each carry different obligations, and the file reflects that.

Primary source verification

Verification recorded against the credential it supports, checked against NPDB, state boards and OIG. Each credential carries its own verification state: verified, pending, or in verification.

Expirables

A rolling ninety day view, with separate tiers for anything inside thirty days and anything already lapsed. The horizon is the point, not an alert on the day it expires.

Multi-site rollup

Credential compliance per facility, next to training, inspections and drills, so the site that is drifting says so before a surveyor finds it.

AccrediCulture is in production across 140 facilities and 53 U.S. jurisdictions, where licensure rules differ by state and by license type. Which requirements apply to each of your sites and service lines is resolved during configuration, before your team touches the system.

Inside the product

The expiration list, before it becomes a finding.

Active credentials, what is expiring inside thirty days, what has already lapsed, and the compliance rate across the workforce, with the renewal sitting next to the record it belongs to.

Why it lives in the platform

A lapsed credential is rarely just a records problem.

It shows up as a supervision gap, a training record that no longer holds, a service line exposed. Standalone credential tools answer the first question and leave the rest to you. Because credential tracking writes to the same record set as policies, training, incidents and quality, the connected exposure is visible in one place.

Most compliance software records the work. AccrediCulture drives the work forward.

“10 out of 10 for ease of use. Great product.”
