Program. AccrediCulture sends one-time sign-in codes by text message to residents of recovery residences that use AccrediCulture, so they can securely sign in to their resident portal. We only text you when you (or house staff helping you) start a sign-in.
Consent. Your mobile number is provided by you, or by house staff with your agreement, when you are set up for the resident portal. Agreeing to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase or of housing.
Frequency. Message frequency varies: one message each time you sign in.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. If you opt out, contact your house staff to sign in another way. Reply START to opt back in.
